Run for Change

2014 Bank of America Chicago Marathon

Join our team and have a global impact!

CFT runners will raise money this year that supports our youth organizing here in Chicago as well as provide a grant to the Senda soccer ball company to provide school packs for children of workers there in Pakistan.  It’s a great opportunity to raise fair trade awareness with thousands of people!

Whether you are a first time marathoner or have previous experience, Chicago Fair Trade offers training and support that will help you meet your goals!

Run for Change Team members commit to a fundraising goal of $1000.

 Chicago Fair Trade will provide:

  • Consultations with a Personal Trainer to develop your personal training plan
  • Team encouragement and on-going support
  • Personal Fundraising Page
  • Monthly group runs
  • Year membership in Chicago Fair Trade and entry to our fall event Globalfest
  • A Fair Trade goody bag

Even if you aren't running in this year's event check out our fundraising page, share it with your family and friends. Support our runners by visiting their fundraising pages, helping them reach their fundraising goals and giving them support as they train for the marathon (26.2 miles!)
